The idle chat makes them chat which gets the conversation going which is why the other interactions appear occasionally which is why when you remove the idle chat nothing seems to happen. So my conclusion to the test, not having autonomy with the mod isn't because of the Personality mod but something in the game since I didn't have the mod in and only stopped the Idle Chat. If I started the conversation they would chat and chat with all sorts of interactions. I created a bran new game with a new family and left them go and the welcome wagon showed up. There's nothing in there but base game everything. I took everything out of my mod folder and only put in a file to stop the idle chatting. It was brought to my attention that autonomy wasn't the same.

It’s a background mod, so there’s no special moodlets or anything, but my fussy toddler rn is an absolute snot and a jerk 🤧 so there’s that. How it affects your game isn’t obvious enough that I could describe it. Have Some Personality Please - I use this and enjoy it. Adds a nice touch of gameplay realism that isn’t frustrating to play. I really enjoy the attraction system + menstrual cycle systems, among others. Wicked Whims - I actually have the PG-13 edition of this called Wonderful Whims that has all the gameplay systems and stuff without the sexual content.
SOL is broken currently (And I believe might be getting overhauled in general rn by the creator)
